“This was my first time ever experiencing a boudoir shoot and it was thrilling! My reasoning for doing the shoot was personal and really just for myself. I’ve struggled with weight my whole life and with that self esteem issues. I’ve been putting work into myself with working out and self reflection and building up my self esteem. What better way than gifting this to myself?!?!
I chose KAP because I’ve seen different ads for boudoir photos and hands down hers were the best! I loved the poses and how everyone in their photos looked so natural and gorgeous.
To say I was a little nervous prior to the session is an understatement. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, if I would be able to pull it off, if I’d look as good as her other models? I had so many things running through my mind before my session. As soon as I arrived, my mind was put to ease. I was greeted at the door and conversation just started to flow. Jennifer, who did my hair and makeup, made it easy to relax and chat and prepared me for my shoot. Kimberly walked me through each pose and guided my facial expressions as we went along. We chatted and found things in common and the shoot was smooth sailing from there!
The whole experience was absolutely amazing! When I finally saw the finished product, I was just in awe! The pictures were stunning and I never knew I looked that good. It was a great confidence booster for myself and challenges me to continue to work on my insecurities.
I want every female to experience this rewarding gift they could give themselves. When I showed family and friends my photos, I told each and everyone that they should also do it! I told them they wouldn’t regret it and it would make them feel empowered and beautiful no matter their shape or size! Kimberly is an artist and great at her craft and every photo she takes helps you see yourself in a different light.
