Alinea knows all about how to turn a simple meal into an unforgettable Chicago fine dining experience. The restaurant, run by Chef Grant Achatz, is one of only 13 in the nation to have received 3 Michelin Stars. They offer a tasting menu as well as a group wine tasting. Because the restaurant tends to be so popular, it is only available by reservation.

Sepia is a modern Chicago restaurant led by Executive Chef Andrew Zimmerman that serves imaginative fine-dining fusion dishes. Since opening its doors, the eatery has received much acclaim on top of their Michelin Star. The restaurant offers four-course dinners with dishes such as steak tartare, golden kaluga caviar, gai yang chicken wing zampone, and manjari chocolate torte. They accept reservations for dinner only. 

M Room

The M Room is a restaurant that was opened by the same team behind Roka Akor. The restaurant features Asian-inspired dishes with some classic French twists. And, of course, there are perfectly crafted cocktails that are guaranteed to elevate your experience. The restaurant offers a la carte dishes, including Wagyu filet tartare, Ora King salmon with a buttermilk dill sauce, and roasted lamb cutlets. Finish off your meal with a mousse cake or a seasonal sorbet.
